One of my Favorite exercises! The Plank Push-up. Combines core workout of a plank and upper body workout of a pushup. Also gets your heart rate up! Targets triceps, shoulders, chest and core. Keep a steady rhythm, not to fast and your core engaged.
Not strong enough yet? It’s ok, try a modified version on your knees. My client above started on her knees and recently got strong enough to do them on the toes. Take it outside, Have some fun! Let me know how you do!!
