Cooking is such a huge part of my life and I was blessed to learn to cook Mediterranean food from a very young age. This way of cooking is instilled in me and I love to share!

Together we will go through your kitchen and get rid of food and ingredients that aren’t healthy for you and your family. Then I will help you find healthy alternatives that you will love and feel good about!
Together we can make a grocery list. I even offer shopping trips to help you read labels and fill your home with healthier choices that will optimize your health! It will be a journey, but one well worth taking.

I offer 1 hour Nutrition Consultations where I will learn about where you are on your journey and how I can help you improve your health through food! We will virtually go over your eating habits, health issues and goals. From here I will consult you on the best plan to get you there. If you decide you need more guidance I suggest a 7-Day Meal Plan to get you going on your new journey to a healthier you!
The 7-day Meal Plans are for those of you that may need a bit more structure. Your Meal-Plan will be based on our Consultation, that will include shopping lists and recipes. I will be there to guide you along the way! Need cooking help? I offer Virtual cooking classes. Keep reading below!
