What To Make With Spiralized Zucchini

A must-have kitchen gadget! Don’t waste money on store-bought packaged “zoodles” or zucchini noodles, they can be soggy and not so fresh. You will love how easy and fresh they are when you do it yourself! They last in the fridge for days and you can make many amazing things with them! I bought the spiralizer brand on amazon years ago and it is great!

One of my favorite ways to use my zoodles is with spaghetti sauce. a really great pasta alternative! Not just for zucchini even though they are my favorite 🙂 many veggies can be spiralized!

Spiralized vegetable noodles are not only fun they are a great way to add nutrients to your diet. With different blades it is so easy to create new meal ideas! Here are a few ideas for zucchini noodles:

  • Substitute for pasta
  • Make zucchini slaw
  • Use in salads
  • Substitute for potatoes in your potato pancake recipe (latkes)
  • Add to sandwiches and roll-ups

Other veggies to experiment with include carrots, cucumber. parsnips, beets, sweet potato red onion and apples.  Endless ideas for adding pretty vegetables to your table!
