I was hesitant before my first workout, but Elissa is wonderful! She is so caring and encouraging! She pushes me but never farther than what I can do. She’s constantly checking in to see how you’re feeling during the session and makes adjustments if needed. Elissa has a wealth of knowledge and makes sure you are doing things properly to avoid injury. I do virtual sessions with her which is extremely convenient. Her workouts have me sweaty right away and I usually feel like jello after my session (in a good way) so you know you’re getting a great workout in just 30 minutes!
