Food is my passion! My philosophy holds true to eating natural, whole foods the way we were intended to eat. Foods provided by nature with minimal processing.

Learning not only what foods to eat to stay healthy, but how to prepare healthy foods is essential to overall wellness.  I believe food is to be enjoyed and diets are not healthy.  Learning how to eat for life is!

Cooking is such a huge part of my life and I was blessed to learn to cook Mediterranean food from a very young age. This way of cooking is instilled in me and I love to share!

I offer Nutrition Consultations, Meal Plans, Cooking Classes and Recipes to help you with this key part of your health and wellness journey.

“Kitchen Rehab”

Ready to have some fun??   If you’re up for it, I’ll start with what I have termed “Kitchen Rehab”.   Together we will go through your kitchen and get rid of food and ingredients that aren’t healthy for you and your family.  Then I will help you find healthy alternatives that you will love and feel good about!

Together we can make a grocery list.  I even offer shopping trips to help you read labels and fill your home with healthier choices that will optimize your health! It will be a journey, but one well worth taking.

Nutritional Counseling And
Meal Plans

Do you want to lose weight? Are you trying to plan healthier meal alternatives for yourself and your family? With a Virtual Nutrition Consultation together we will come up with a plan for you. Meal Plans,  Recipes, maybe even some Cooking Classes, to get you on your way to a healthier you!

 I offer 1 hour Nutrition Consultations where I will learn about where you are on your journey and how I can help you improve your health through food! We will virtually go over your eating habits, health issues and goals.  From here I will consult you on the best plan to get you there.  If you decide you need more guidance I suggest a 7-Day Meal Plan to get you going on your new journey to a healthier you!

The 7-day Meal Plans are for those of you that may need a bit more structure.  Your Meal-Plan will be based on our Consultation, that will include shopping lists and recipes. I will be there to guide you along the way!  Need cooking help?  I offer Virtual cooking classes. Keep reading below!
