How Healthy Is Your Coffee Creamer?

Ok I admit I start my morning with coffee.  After two glasses of water I do have a good cup of organic coffee with organic half and half and a little real maple syrup. It’s my morning pleasure! What I do not do, is buy flavored, highly processed creamers from the store.
Unless you are buying organic, preferably grass-fed, half and half you are not getting a healthy option from your local market.  Organic milk and cream are the only two ingredients in real creamer. Most commercial creamers are highly processed with additives including sugar, artificial flavorings and thickening agents (emulsifiers). Read the ingredients!

Most store-bought coffee creamers, including plant-based creamers contain ultra-processed ingredients which are linked to numerous health issues. 

My suggestion to clients that love their coffee creamer is to try to make their own, like I do! It is so easy and much better for you!  I  love my organic half and half with a little maple syrup, like I mentioned, but you can also add cinnamon, vanilla or other natural ingredients to find something you love. You can even flavor with real food grade essential oils!  Endless options 🙂

So friend,  ditch the ultra-processed fake creamers this new year! You may just love your new found, natural creation!
